MHS Home Group "The Big Meet Up"

MHS Home Group required a large-format video wall for their annual “The Big Meet Up” conference.

With high attendance expected, it was essential that everyone (from the front row to the very back of the room) had a clear view of all content.

The client also wanted to avoid a traditional classroom-style setup, instead creating an environment that felt open, engaging, and welcoming.

Our Solution

We delivered a flexible visual and technical solution that balanced conference clarity with event-style production, ensuring the room felt dynamic rather than corporate.

Production provided included:

• 3.9mm LED video wall, split into multiple sections

• Custom-designed content for the banner screens

• Client-provided PowerPoint displayed clearly on the main conference screen

• Sennheiser wireless microphones, ensuring clear, reliable speech throughout the room

• Stage LED wash lighting, enhancing visibility while making the stage feel more inviting and comfortable for presenters

• Flood panel lighting mounted on truss, used to wash the room in MHS brand colours, reinforcing brand identity and atmosphere

On-Site Support

Multiple on-site technicians were present throughout the event, covering video, lighting, and audio, ensuring smooth transitions, fault-free operation, and a seamless experience for both presenters and attendees.
