Client Brief

Christ Church International required a large-scale video wall, a performance-ready stage, and a high-impact lighting show to carry their event seamlessly into 2026. The brief focused on strong visual impact, immersive atmosphere, and total technical reliability—particularly during the all-important countdown moment.

Our Solution

Unit 6 Event Solutions delivered a complete production package designed to elevate the celebration and create a memorable New Year’s experience:

• LED Video Wall

A 7m x 2.5m 3.9mm LED video wall, delivering crisp, high-resolution visuals for countdown content, live moments, and immersive performance backdrops.

• Stage Build

A custom two-tier stage measuring 10m x 6m, complete with a 6m step access onto the deck, providing flexibility for performers and excellent audience sightlines.

• Lighting & Special FX

Bespoke truss lighting towers housing a dynamic mix of:

• LED wash fixtures

• Beam and hybrid moving heads

• Special FX units to enhance atmosphere and deliver a powerful New Year’s Eve moment

A dedicated onsite technician was present throughout the entire event, managing the lighting system and providing immediate technical support to ensure a smooth, worry-free production.
