Client Brief

Authentic were hosting a custom-designed in-house game show and wanted the production to fully bring their vision to life.

Key requirements included:

• A large screen backdrop for visuals and gameplay

• A custom-built set reflecting their brand colours and theme

• Lighting bars and effects that could react to key moments, such as announcing a winner

• A contestant stand featuring integrated scoreboards, allowing scores to be clearly displayed throughout the game

The goal was to create a space that felt immersive, energetic, and unmistakably like a live game show.

Our Solution

We designed and delivered a fully bespoke game show set, combining scenic build, LED visuals, intelligent lighting, and broadcast-quality audio.

Production provided included:

• Custom-built stage set, including fully carpeted staging

• Custom printed fascia boards, finished in a dark wood-style effect to elevate the overall aesthetic

• LED video wall, seamlessly built into the set as the main visual backdrop

• Astera LED battens, used for dynamic accents and reactive lighting moments

• Custom-built contestant stands, each enclosing an LED TV to display live scoreboards

• Sennheiser wireless headset and handheld microphones, ensuring crystal-clear audio for hosts and contestants

• Nexo sound system with infills, delivering even, powerful coverage across the venue

• Lighting pillars focused on the stage, used to punch up key moments and enhance the game show atmosphere

On-Site Support

A dedicated on-site video technician managed all game show slides and LED content, while a separate lighting and audio technician oversaw the technical operation behind the scenes ensuring flawless cueing, smooth transitions, and a broadcast-level experience throughout.
